SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in the Blue Ridge Property Services, Inc. ("BRPS," "we," "us," or "our") SMS/MMS messaging program. By opting in to receive text messages from BRPS, you agree to these SMS Terms in addition to our Privacy Policy.

These terms are maintained in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and 10DLC A2P messaging regulations administered by The Campaign Registry (TCR).

1.Program Description

Blue Ridge Property Services, Inc. uses SMS/MMS messaging for the following business communication purposes:

• Appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
• Work order status updates and service notifications
• Client communications regarding ongoing property maintenance
• Service provider and partnered technician outreach and coordination
• Operational and administrative communications

This program covers communications to property management clients, real estate investors, residential clients, and service providers and partnered technicians within BRPS's service markets across the Southeastern and Midwestern United States.

2.How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Blue Ridge Property Services, Inc. through any of the following methods:

• Submitting the contact form at brps.pro/contact and checking the SMS consent checkbox
• Signing a service agreement or service provider onboarding document that includes SMS consent language
• Providing your phone number and giving verbal or written consent to receive SMS communications during the onboarding process
• Texting START to our business number after receiving an initial outreach from BRPS

Upon opting in, you will receive a confirmation message such as: "You're opted in to SMS updates from Blue Ridge Property Services. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe. Msg & data rates may apply."

3.Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service activity and engagement with Blue Ridge Property Services. You may receive messages related to scheduled appointments, active work orders, or work opportunities as they arise. There is no fixed message frequency — communications are sent as operationally relevant.

4.Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply to all SMS/MMS messages sent and received, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Blue Ridge Property Services, Inc. does not charge any additional fees for SMS communications. Contact your mobile carrier for details on your messaging plan.

5.Keywords and Responses

The following keywords are supported by our messaging program:

Additional opt-out keywords that will be honored: CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, END.

6.How to Opt Out

You may opt out of our SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any text message from BRPS. You will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, after which no further messages will be sent to that number unless you choose to re-subscribe.

You may also opt out by contacting us directly at contact@brps.pro and requesting removal from our SMS list.

7.Privacy and Data Sharing

Your phone number and SMS consent data are used solely to deliver the communications described in these SMS Terms. For full details on how we handle your personal information, please review our Privacy Policy.

8.Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported by most major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, UScellular, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers. Message delivery may vary by carrier and device.

9.Changes to These Terms

Blue Ridge Property Services, Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these SMS Terms at any time to reflect changes in our business practices, applicable laws, or TCR/10DLC regulatory requirements. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued participation in our SMS program following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
